How do I create an account?
Click Sign Up on the top navigation. You'll need a valid phone number and email address. After registration, complete a one-time KYC (identity verification) before you can place your first delivery order.
Is KYC mandatory?
Yes — one-time KYC is required for all customers before placing an order and for all wallet withdrawals. KYC protects every user on the platform. Your KYC data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and is never shared without your consent.
Is Superjoes available 24/7?
The platform is available 24/7. Rider availability depends on your location — riders set their own online/offline status. During peak hours (mornings, evenings) you'll typically find more riders near you.
Which cities does Superjoes currently operate in?
Superjoes operates across major Nigerian cities. Availability of nearby riders depends on your location — the booking form shows you a live estimate based on where verified riders are active near you.

How do I book a delivery?
Log in to your account (or register and complete KYC).
Enter your pickup address and destination on the booking form.
Review the estimated fare — your wallet balance is checked automatically.
Click "Find a Rider" and a nearby verified rider will accept your order.
How is the delivery fare calculated?
Fares are calculated dynamically based on:
Base fare (minimum ₦700)
Distance (₦120 per km)
Demand/surge multiplier (up to 2.5× during peak periods)
A 3% platform fee is deducted on each successfully completed delivery. There are no hidden charges.
Can I track my delivery in real time?
Yes. Once a rider accepts your order, you can watch their live GPS position on the map inside the app. The map updates in real time via WebSocket — you'll see every turn until your package arrives.
What happens if no rider accepts my order?
If no rider accepts within the window, your order will not be processed and no payment is deducted from your wallet. You can try again — availability varies by time and location.
Can I send fragile or high-value items?
Superjoes currently supports standard package and parcel delivery by bike. For fragile or high-value items, please package them securely and note the contents clearly. Car and truck expansion with higher-weight capacity is planned for a future release.
What is the order status flow?
Pending → Accepted → Picking Up → Picked Up → In Transit → Delivered → Completed
At each stage you receive a push notification. Payment is only released from escrow after both you and the rider confirm delivery.
How do I rate my rider?
After you click "Received" to confirm delivery, you'll be prompted to rate your rider with a star rating. Your feedback helps maintain quality across the platform.
Payments, Wallet & Escrow
How does the escrow system work?
When you place a delivery order, the fare is locked in escrow from your wallet — it's not paid to the rider yet. The payment is only released after both the rider clicks "Delivered" AND you click "Received". This protects you from paying for a delivery that wasn't completed.
What if there's a dispute?
If either you or the rider raises a dispute, payment stays locked in escrow — neither party can access it. Our admin team investigates the issue using order history, GPS data, and communication logs, then resolves it fairly. Both parties are notified of the outcome.
How do I top up my Superjoes wallet?
You can fund your Naira wallet via:
Bank transfer
Card payment (via Flutterwave)
USDT deposit is planned for a future release. All deposit details must match your KYC-verified name.
How do I withdraw money from my wallet?
Withdrawals are processed via the Flutterwave API. The name on your withdrawal request must match your KYC-verified name exactly. One-time KYC is mandatory before any withdrawal is allowed.
What currency does the platform use?
All transactions on Superjoes use Nigerian Naira (NGN). Internally, all monetary values are stored in kobo (the smallest unit of the Naira) to ensure precision — no rounding errors, ever.
Riders & Hire Purchase
How do I become a Superjoes rider?
Visit the Become a Rider page for full details. You'll need:
A valid admin-generated referral code (single-use)
Rider ID card upload
Vehicle plate number photo
OTP phone number verification
One-time KYC before accepting any orders
What is the hire purchase plan?
The hire purchase plan lets riders get a bike from Superjoes without paying the full cost upfront. Instead, you make weekly payments from your earnings. The bike becomes yours once all payments are complete.
How does the weekly payment window work?
Saturday 9:00 PM — Payment window opens
Sunday 6:00 PM — Deadline to pay manually
If no payment is made by Sunday 6:00 PM, the system auto-deducts from your rider wallet
A warning email is sent if the auto-deduction fails (e.g., insufficient balance)
What is the monthly bonus for hire purchase riders?
Riders who make 30 consecutive successful weekly payments earn a monthly bonus of ₦3,000 – ₦5,000 credited directly to their wallet. The bonus rewards consistency and discipline.
Do hire purchase riders need guarantors?
Yes. Before a hire purchase agreement is activated, two guarantors must complete KYC — providing full name, address, phone, email, place of work, identity document, and a selfie photo. This protects both the platform and the rider.
When does a rider get paid after a delivery?
Payment is released from escrow to the rider's wallet immediately after both the rider marks "Delivered" and the customer confirms "Received". There is no waiting period — it's instant and automatic.
Ride-Hailing
Coming Soon
What will the ride-hailing service offer?
Ride-hailing will let you book a bike ride for yourself (not a package). You'll see nearby available riders on a live map, get an instant price estimate, and be matched with the closest rider — just like Uber but for bikes across Nigerian cities.
How will ride-hailing pricing work?
Pricing will be dynamic — calculated based on distance plus a demand/surge multiplier (up to 2.5× during peak periods). The same transparent, no-hidden-charges model used for deliveries will apply to rides.
Will ride-hailing use the same escrow system?
Yes. Ride payments will be held in escrow and released after both parties confirm the ride is complete, following the same secure model as package delivery.
When is ride-hailing launching?
We are actively building the ride-hailing module. Follow our social media channels or check back here for launch announcements. Sign up now so you're ready the moment it goes live.
Bill Payment & Rewards
Coming Soon
What bills can I pay through Superjoes?

Airtime — all Nigerian networks
Data bundles — MTN, Airtel, Glo, 9mobile
Electricity — prepaid & postpaid meters
Cable TV — DSTV, GOtv, StarTimes
More billers added regularly after launch
What is the 30% reward on bill payments?
When you pay a bill through Superjoes, 30% of the commission earned by the platform is credited back to your reward balance — automatically, on every transaction. These rewards are tracked in your wallet ledger and can be used for future deliveries or bill payments. The platform keeps the remaining 70%.
Is there a reward balance separate from my main wallet?
Yes. Your Superjoes wallet has three distinct balances:
Main balance — for deliveries, deposits, withdrawals
Escrow balance — funds locked during active orders
Reward balance — earned from bill payments (30% cashback)
When is bill payment launching?
The bill payment module is in active development and will launch shortly after the platform reaches its rider network targets. Create your account now and you'll be notified the moment it goes live.
Investor Platform
Coming Soon
What is the Superjoes Investor Platform?
The investor platform lets eligible individuals deposit capital into Superjoes and earn daily ROI (return on investment). It is designed for serious investors who want their money working while powering Nigeria's fastest-growing logistics network.

Lock period: 12 months from deposit date
Early unlock: 30% available after 6 months
If the 30% unlock is untouched for 7 days, it auto re-locks
How is ROI calculated and credited?
ROI is calculated daily and credited to your investor wallet. The ROI rate is admin-configurable and displayed clearly before you invest. Full withdrawal is available after the 12-month lock period plus KYC verification.
How do I get access to the investor platform?
Access is by invitation only. You must apply using an admin-generated referral code — codes expire 48 hours after generation. KYC is mandatory before any withdrawal. Contact us at invest@superjoeservices.com to express interest.
Is my investment secure?
Security is central to the platform. All transactions have unique IDs with double-spend protection, all financial calculations use safe integer math (no float rounding), and KYC data is encrypted at rest with AES-256. Admin resolves any disputed cases through the escrow system.
