Superjoes Delivery Services ("we", "us") operates a single platform serving both customers and riders. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. It applies equally to customer and rider accounts.
Information we collect
- Account details you provide: name, phone number, email, password, and profile picture.
- Identity & KYC documents required to verify customers and riders.
- Location data — riders share live GPS while online or on an active delivery so customers can track orders. Customers share pickup/destination addresses when booking.
- Transaction and wallet activity, including bookings, fares, escrow, and payouts.
How we use your information
- To create and secure your account and match deliveries between customers and riders.
- To process payments, hold funds in escrow, and release earnings.
- To show live tracking, calculate distances and fares, and provide support.
- To meet legal, tax, and regulatory obligations (including KYC/AML).
Payments & KYC (Flutterwave)
- Wallets, deposits, and withdrawals are operated by Flutterwave, a licensed payment processor. Superjoes Delivery Services does not hold your funds.
- Identity verification (KYC) is handled by Flutterwave Identity in line with CBN KYC/AML requirements. We do not store your identity documents — Flutterwave retains them.
- We store only the minimum needed to enable wallet features: your verification status and references returned by Flutterwave. We check that status before allowing deposits, withdrawals, or bill payments.
Location data
A rider's location is only streamed while they are online or on an active order, and is shared with the assigned customer for live tracking. Riders can stop sharing at any time by going offline.
Sharing
We share the minimum necessary between the customer and rider involved in an order (e.g. name, masked contact, live location). We do not sell your personal data.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as required to comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account from within the app.
