Eligibility & accounts

You must provide accurate information and complete any required identity (KYC) verification. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

Bookings & service

• Customers may book deliveries, rides, and errands. Fares are estimated from the route distance and shown before you confirm.
• Riders accept orders voluntarily and agree to complete them safely, lawfully, and on time.

Payments & escrow

Fares are held in escrow when an order is placed and released to the rider after the customer confirms delivery. Cancellations and refunds follow the in-app rules in effect at the time of the order.

Wallets, deposits & withdrawals (Flutterwave)

• Your wallet, deposits, and withdrawals are provided by Flutterwave, a licensed payment processor. Superjoes Delivery Services is a facilitator and does not hold customer funds.
• You must complete Flutterwave Identity (KYC) verification before you can deposit, withdraw, or pay bills. We enable these actions only once Flutterwave confirms your verification.
• Deposits, transfers, and payouts are subject to Flutterwave's terms, limits, and AML monitoring in addition to these terms.

Rider obligations

Riders must hold any licences/permits required to operate, obey traffic laws, and share live location while on an active delivery. Hire-purchase riders are additionally bound by their financing agreement.

Prohibited use

You may not use the platform for unlawful goods or activities, to harass others, or to circumvent fees, escrow, or safety features.

Liability

The platform connects customers and riders. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected order. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will be notified in the app.
