Open the SuperJoe app, select "Apply for Hire Purchase", and choose from the vehicle types made available by the admin — bikes, and more coming soon.
Once you apply, the platform automatically generates two unique, secure links — one for each guarantor. Share these links with your chosen guarantors.
Each guarantor opens their unique link, reads the hire-purchase agreement, gives their consent, and completes their own KYC (ID + selfie). Once both are done, your application dashboard shows as complete.
Our admin team reviews your application, guarantor KYC, and all documents. They will approve or decline based on the information provided. You will be notified of the outcome.
Once approved, both you and your guarantors can download the signed agreement documents from the app. Your hire-purchase dashboard activates and you're ready to ride.
Your hire-purchase plan is simple and transparent. Pay from your earnings once a week — and earn a bonus for staying consistent.
If you miss the Sunday 6PM deadline, the system automatically deducts the payment from your rider wallet. You will receive an email notification. Consistent payments earn you the monthly bonus.
Once the hire purchase is activated, you and both guarantors can download the signed agreement document directly from the app at any time.
